David Travis is a researcher, strategist, and educator with over 30 years of experience in the fields of human-factors, usability and user experience. He holds a PhD in Experimental Psychology for the University of Cambridge and is the Founder of Userfocus, a leading London-based UX research consultancy. David has provided his expert services to organisations such as American Express, Microsoft, The UK Government, Skype, eBay, Yahoo! and the World Health Organisation.
