What research problems can analytics help you to solve? How can you avoid biasing quantitative data? And, is there any reason to return to moderated in-person testing when COVID-19 is over? Luke Hay shares with us his perspectives on those questions.
Luke is the User Research Director at Fresh Egg, in Brighton (UK). He also consults privately. As someone with a keen appreciation for analytics in UX research, Luke provides highly regarded training on the subject. He’s even written a book about it, “Researching UX: Analytics”, that was published in 2017. Luke’s mission is to help UXers to make a significant and measurable impact through their work.
