Who is Stephanie Marsh?

Stephanie is the UX Research Operations Manager at Springer Nature Group - the 175 year old publisher of the world-renowned Nature journal, as well as Scientific American. Before joining Springer, Stephanie was the Head of User Research and Analysis at the United Kingdomās Government Digital Service. She is the author of āUser Research: A Practical Guide to Designer Better Products & Servicesā, an incredibly useful reference for researchers.
