Steve is a former usability consultant and author of the world-famous UX book, āDonāt Make Me Think: A Common Sense Approach to Web (and Mobile) Usabilityā, which is now in its third edition and has sold over 600,000 copies - in 20 languages. For over 25 years Steve worked as as usability consultant, through his firm Advanced Common Sense, where he helped clients including Apple, Bloomberg, Lexus, NPR, and the International Monetary Fund, to remove friction from experiences.
