Who is Milton Jackson?
Milton is the SVP of Experience Design for Wealth, Wellness, Rewards and Retirement at Bank of America, where he’s helping to redefine how the business serves its customers.
Before joining Bank of America, Milton was the AVP, Head of Digital Design and UX at The Hartford, a Fortune 500 insurance and investment company.
And, earlier in his career, Milton spent five and half years at ESPN, where he was responsible for leading the UI and UX for ESPN.com, ESPNFC.com and ESPNDeportes.
Alongside his busy corporate design career, since 2014 Milton has also been the Founder and CEO of PicSpotr, a proudly black-owned company and CRM that’s specifically designed to empower professional photographers to build their businesses.

Who is Peter Merholz?
Peter is the Founder and Principal at Humanism at Scale, the consulting practice he started in 2019 to amplify the practices and potential of design teams by shaping design organisations and bolstering design leadership.
Before founding Humanism at Scale, Peter was the VP of Design at Snagajob, where he oversaw design for both product and marketing. Peter has also held positions such as Senior Director of Design at Jawbone, VP of Global Design at Groupon and VP of User Experience at Inflection.
But it is his role and the almost 11 years he invested as a Co-Founder and the Head of Design Practice of Adaptive Path - then the world’s leading UX strategy and UX design firm - that he is perhaps best known for.
In 2016, Peter co-authored “Org Design for Design Orgs” with Kristin Skinner, which was the first book to address building and managing effective in-house design teams. 
And, last millennia, Peter coined the term blog. How cool is that!?

Who is Audrey Cheng?
Audrey is the Chief Technology Officer at Imagr, the first vision-only, white-label, autonomous checkout solution that retailers can own, operate and scale themselves.
Before joining Imagr, she was the CPO at SnapComms, an Everbridge company. At the same time, Audrey was also the Head of Global UX for all of Everbridge’s products, working closely with the CTO - Dr. John Maeda.
Prior to Everbridge, Audrey was the VP of Product at Pushpay, the world-leading digital engagement and giving platform for churches.
In 2019, Audrey was recognised by Leading Women in Product, as the Product Leader of the Year for Australia and New Zealand.
A clear communicator and a passionate product person, Audrey has been invited to deliver talks at UXDX Asia Pacific and Mind the Product, and has been a repeat guest on the Fearless Product podcast.

Who is Dan Hill?
Dan recently finished up as the Director of Strategic Design at Vinnova, the Swedish Government’s innovation agency, to become the Director of the Melbourne School of Design, at the University of Melbourne in Australia. 
He has also been an Associate Director and Head of Arup Digital Studio, a Strategic Design Lead at SITRA (Finland’s government innovation fund) and the Head of Interactive Technology and Design at the BBC.
Dan was one of the Mayor of London’s - Sadiq Khan’s - inaugural Design Advocates. He has been a Trustee of the Participatory City Foundation and he is a founding member of the UN HABITAT Council for Urban Initiatives.
The author of the influential book “Dark Matter & Trojan Horses: A Strategic Design Vocabulary” and a a prolific blogger, Dan has been writing about design, technology, cities and culture for over 20 years on his blog, “City of Sound”.

Who is Jodine Stodart?
Jodine is the Managing Director of Fireside Consulting, the UX & Design Coaching, Service Design, Regenerative Design, and Conscious Leadership Coaching practice that she founded in 2019.
As someone who is inspired by the potential for design to help solve complex problems, Jodine is also the co-founder of the online UX community called UXCONNECT, through which she runs regular leadership retreats.
Prior to Fireside Consulting, Jodine was a Director of User Experience at Digital Arts Network in New Zealand, where she worked with key clients such as Auckland Council, Countdown Supermarkets, and Spark.
She was also a Senior User Experience Consultant at Optimal Usability, a leading New Zealand design research consultancy that was sold to Price Waterhouse Coopers in 2014.

Who is Matthew Holloway?
Matthew is an independent design consultant with over 25 years of experience scaling high performance product design teams for some of the world’s largest companies.
As VP in the Office of CEO at SAP, Matthew worked with Hasso Plattner (the Co-Founder and Chairman) and Henning Kagermann (the then CEO) leading the global Design Thinking transformation of SAPs 60,000-person development, sales and consulting services divisions.
After leaving SAP, Matthew took on the role of VP of Product Design & User Experience for Shutterfly. While there he led an aggressive programme of ongoing product improvements, as well as a strategic programme that resulted in an estimated $50 million dollars of annual savings. 
He has co-founded two companies, including Atlas Informatics - a machine learning based personal search technology - that counted Bill Gates, Nathan Myhrvold and Microsoft amongst its investors - and was acquired by Xinova in 2017.

Who is Bill Albert?
Bill is the SVP, Global Head of UX & Customer Development at Mach49, a growth incubator and accelerator for global 1,000 businesses that has over $50B in market cap and counting.
Prior to joining Mach49, Bill was an Adjunct Professor in Human Factors at Bentley University and the Executive Director of the Bentley University User Experience Centre for nearly 14 years. 
Along with the his good friend, the late Dr. Tom S. Tullis, Bill is the co-author of two books, Measuring the User Experience: Collecting, Analyzing, and Presenting Usability Metrics and Beyond the Usability Lab: Conducting Large-Scale Online User Experience Studies.
Since 2013, Bill has been the Co-Editor and Chief of the Journal of User Experience. A peer-reviewed, international, online publication that’s dedicated to promoting and enhancing the practice, research and education of UX design and evaluation.

Who is Daniel Rosenberg?
Daniel is the Chief Design Officer at r-CDO and during his 40+ year career, he has forged a near unparalleled path as a world-leading and highly respected UX practitioner, global design executive, consultant, author and educator.
Recently, Daniel has been working at the intersection of AI and interaction design, advising a number exciting startups, including WellDoc, CanSurround, Workato and Kleeen Software.
Before starting r-CDO, Daniel was the top UX executive at Oracle where he served as VP of UI Design, and then at SAP, where he was SVP of Global User Experience. 
Prior to joining Oracle, while he was at Ashton-Tate and then Borland, Daniel invented several design patterns that are still popular in product design today, including tabbed UI.
Daniel’s latest book UX Magic was published in 2020; a groundbreaking book that lays out a complete system for Semantic Interaction Design.

Who is Jason Buhle?
Jason is a Managing Director at AnswerLab, the world’s largest independent consultancy, exclusively focused on UX Research.
At AnswerLab, Jason leads a team of a dozen UX Strategists, responsible for designing research programmes for some of the world’s most important and innovative companies, such as Google, Meta, Amazon, eBay, FedEx and Wells Fargo.
In 2012, Jason was awarded a PhD in Cognitive Neuroscience from Columbia University, for his research into cognitive and emotional control. 
His related academic work has been cited over 5,000 times and features in 16 peer-reviewed publications, including top journals such as Psychological Science, Cerebral Cortex, and Nature Reviews Neuroscience.
