Who is Daniel Rosenberg?
Daniel is the Chief Design Officer at r-CDO and during his 40+ year career, he has forged a near unparalleled path as a world-leading and highly respected UX practitioner, global design executive, consultant, author and educator.
Recently, Daniel has been working at the intersection of AI and interaction design, advising a number exciting startups, including WellDoc, CanSurround, Workato and Kleeen Software.
Before starting r-CDO, Daniel was the top UX executive at Oracle where he served as VP of UI Design, and then at SAP, where he was SVP of Global User Experience. 
Prior to joining Oracle, while he was at Ashton-Tate and then Borland, Daniel invented several design patterns that are still popular in product design today, including tabbed UI.
Daniel’s latest book UX Magic was published in 2020; a groundbreaking book that lays out a complete system for Semantic Interaction Design.

Who is Jason Buhle?
Jason is a Managing Director at AnswerLab, the world’s largest independent consultancy, exclusively focused on UX Research.
At AnswerLab, Jason leads a team of a dozen UX Strategists, responsible for designing research programmes for some of the world’s most important and innovative companies, such as Google, Meta, Amazon, eBay, FedEx and Wells Fargo.
In 2012, Jason was awarded a PhD in Cognitive Neuroscience from Columbia University, for his research into cognitive and emotional control. 
His related academic work has been cited over 5,000 times and features in 16 peer-reviewed publications, including top journals such as Psychological Science, Cerebral Cortex, and Nature Reviews Neuroscience.

Who is Becky Priebe?
Becky is the VP of Innovation Design & GTM Lab 13 at MRM, a leading global marketing agency, with offices in 30 countries.
For the past 15 years, Becky has worked at the messy, exciting and emerging end of design technology, creating positive experiences for people.
Amongst other things, Becky’s designed an entertainment system for a McClaren super car, interactive TV for Deutsche Telekom, pre-iPad era tablets for NVIDIA, and an industrial-grade AR headset for RealWear.
Becky was the co-founder of Innovative Converged Devices, where some of the technology used in SNAP AR and Microsoft HoloLens was conceptualised.

Who is Aditi Sharma?
Aditi is an Executive Director of Digital Experience Design at JP Morgan Chase, a leading global financial services firm, where she is championing user-centred design and innovation in payment operations and is working to increase inclusivity, sustainability, and business growth. 
Prior to joining JP Morgan Chase, Aditi was a Design Director at Accenture Interactive in New York, where she established customer-centric design programmes for clients such as Walmart, Dupont and Cargill.
A lecturer at the Pratt Institute since 2018, recognised in 2020 by Authority Magazine as an inspirational woman in STEM, and honoured by the Government of India in 2021 with the prestigious ‘Dr. Sarojini Award’, Aditi is certainly someone to watch in design.

Who is Christian Crumlish?
Christian is the Benevolent Monarch of Design In Product, the UX and product management, strategy, and leadership consultancy he founded in 2019. 
Through Design In Product, Christian has worked with organisations like NEST Health, EduWorks, and Listen App, and he’s currently working for the State of California as the Product Lead for COVID19.ca.gov and cannabis.ca.gov .
Prior to ascending to the throne, Christian was the VP of Product at 7 Cups, a mental health and wellbeing startup that is scaling compassion globally. There, Christian built and ran the product team, helping the company to become profitable without VC funding.
Christian is also the author of a number of books, including “Designing Social Interfaces” which he co-wrote with Erin Malone and, most recently, of “Product Management for UX People”, which was published earlier this year.

Who is Susan Weinschenk?
Susan is the Founder, CEO and Chief Behavioural Scientist at The Team W, a behavioural science and user experience consultancy and training company, with clients including a few companies you may have heard of before, such as Amazon, Disney and Target.
With her deep knowledge of behavioural science, underpinned by a PhD in Cognitive Psychology, and developed over 35 years in the field, Susan has shared her knowledge with audiences across the globe, at events such as UX Brighton, the USI conference, and Convey UX.
Susan is also the author of several widely respected books, that are at the intersection of behavioural science and UX design, including: Neuro Web Design: What Makes Them Click?, 100 Things Every Designer Needs to Know About People, and How To Get People to Do Stuff.

Who is Katie Swindler?
Katie is an Innovation Design Strategist and Senior Manager at Allstate, the insurance company that has protected American’s from life’s uncertainties, for more than 85 years. 
At Allstate, Katie is responsible for the design strategy of the Innovation Department, including the hiring, development and design of the consumer research practice. She is also the bridge between her department and Allstate’s internal design, creative and consumer research teams.
Prior to joining Allstate, Katie was a User Experience Director at FCB in Chicago, where she was the UX lead for the redesign of the global Jack Daniels website, amongst many other projects.
In late 2021, Katie’s first book - Life and Death Design - was published by Rosenfeld Media. In the book, Katie takes a deep dive into the human stress response and how everyday designers can learn to help their users think clearly and act safely.
